  call for some info about opening hours around Christmas and I was speechless after the answer that the young lady gave me...... never ever ever thought someone could be soooo rude to a customer for such a simple question...... such a bad customer service.....

  Fresh pasta range non existant. Much better a year ago.maccaroni never available only coles brand if ever. No choice at all cant wait until Aldi comes to cairns it will bring better range of great quality of groceries.

  Probably one of the worst Coles stores I have been to and I have been shopping there for over a year now. If you go in at opening time the staff are still yet to stock the fruit and veg section and the bakery section. There are generally staff in most aisles with large three level trolleys trying to stock the shelves and most areas are over stocked with it also being stocked on the floor in front of the shelves. This makes it very hard for your customers to move through the aisles. Staff are very nice there though which is the only reason it gets two stars.

  Stuff often out of stock. Always a chance they dont have what you are looking for. There are always large emoty gaps on the shelves in the drinks section and water range usually not stocked well. Friendly staff make up for it

  Very clean and well presented store. Seems to have more available than the Smithfield store. Will shop here again. Friendly, helpful staff.
